Donate a room for a loved one
Losing a loved one to suicide is a pain no one should endure. At You Are Enough, we turn grief into hope by creating healing spaces in high schools where students can find comfort and support. Donating a You Are Enough Wellness Space in their name honors their memory in a powerful way—offering struggling students a place to feel seen, heard, and cared for. Keep their legacy alive by bringing hope to others. Wellness Rooms

Deerfield High School (IL):

Our first You Are Enough Wellness Space was established at Deerfield High School as a Tier 1 Multi-Tiered Support System (MTSS) resource. This space is designed to teach evidence-based skills that help students regulate their emotions, improve focus, and reset during the challenges of a stressful school day. Within its first year, the space had an incredible impact, with approximately 800 DHS students utilizing it!
Wheeling High School (IL):

Our second You Are Enough Wellness Space was established at Wheeling High School, generously donated by Zack Rubens in honor of his mother, Sheri Rubens, a Wheeling High School alumna who tragically passed away by suicide in the spring of 2023. This meaningful tribute was made possible through funds raised by family and friends within her community via a GoFundMe campaign. The wellness space was created to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, provide a safe and supportive environment for students, and work toward preventing future tragedies.
