You Are Enough_1_edited.png

You Are Enough is a nonprofit founded by Adison Schwartz with a simple but powerful mission: to make mental health conversations more open and to give students a safe space to take a break when they need it. The organization is working to break the stigma around mental health by creating wellness rooms in schools and local communities. These spaces are designed to be a place where students can relax, recharge, and reset without feeling judged or alone. With the pressures of school, social life, and everything else teenagers deal with, having a space like this can make a huge difference.

So far, You Are Enough has set up wellness rooms at Deerfield High School and Wheeling High School, giving students a quiet place to step away from stress and focus on their well-being. Beyond just providing a physical space, the organization is pushing for a bigger conversation about mental health: one that makes it clear that struggling doesn’t mean you’re weak, and asking for help should never come with shame. As the organization grows, the goal is to bring these wellness rooms to more schools and communities, making sure that no student has to go through their struggles alone.
